About the role

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for users
  • Escalate complex issues to IT management and technicians for timely resolution
  • Install, configure, maintain and upgrade computer hardware, software and peripherals
  • Collaborate with IT staff for the development, deployment and maintenance of IT projects
  • Provide technical support for video conferencing, telecommunication and audiovisual systems
  • Maintain an inventory of all hardware and software assets
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users on all company-supported software and hardware applications
  • Respond and manage service requests via a ticket system, email, or phone
  • Provide training to end-users on the use of company supported software and hardware applications

Requirements

  • Knowledge of English at intermediate level or above
  • Good technical skills, be customer-oriented, and be able to adapt to changes quickly
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • 2 year of experience in IT Support or similar roles
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating system software, Active Directory, SCCM etc
  • Basic Networking understanding
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
