About the role

  • Own and evolve the Digital Value Office (DVO) framework, standards, and governance model.
  • Provide portfolio‑level visibility on delivery health, risks, dependencies, and value realization.
  • Ensure scalable, consistent delivery practices across teams, platforms, and engagement models.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Digital Factory leadership on delivery performance and operational maturity.
  • Lead and mentor Digital Value Office resources.
  • Define and continuously evolve the Digital Value Office strategy, scope, and operating model across the Digital Factory.
  • Lead, coach, and coordinate Digital Value Officers, ensuring consistent application of standards and practices.
  • Establish clear ownership, ways of working, and escalation paths within the DVO.
  • Own portfolio‑level reporting, delivery health indicators, risk management, and dependency tracking across initiatives and platforms.
  • Ensure leadership has clear, actionable insight into delivery performance, capacity, and constraints.
  • Drive alignment between delivery execution and strategic priorities.
  • Design, implement, and refine delivery governance frameworks, tooling, and templates to support scalable growth of the Digital Factory.
  • Establish feedback loops and maturity assessments to continuously improve delivery effectiveness.
  • Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee resource planning, onboarding, utilization, and performance tracking across service streams and delivery teams.
  • Support leadership with scenario analysis and capacity planning to enable informed decision‑making.
  • Ensure alignment with onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery models.
  • Act as a primary interface between engineering, product, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Facilitate key governance and cadence rituals (quarterly planning, delivery reviews, retrospectives).
  • Ensure effective communication and shared understanding of delivery priorities and constraints.
  • Oversee coordination of platform access, licenses, and support handovers (e.g. Copilot, Digital Factory tooling) in collaboration with Digital Operations L1/L2 teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in digital delivery management, PMO, or technology operations within complex, multi team environments.
  • Proven ability to operate at portfolio and leadership level, beyond single project execution.
  • Solid understanding of governance frameworks, delivery metrics, and value tracking.
  • Demonstrated people leadership or team coordination experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Preferred: Experience operating in enterprise or regulated environments.
  • Exposure to agile, product centric, or platform-based delivery models.
  • Experience scaling delivery governance in fast growing digital organizations.
  • Prior experience in consulting or professional services environments.
