About the role
- Act as EY’s trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and technology leadership
- Build and execute growth strategies for priority insurance accounts
- Drive technology sales, pipeline development and delivery
- Position EY as a leading transformation partner across core, data, digital and cloud agendas
- Connect client needs with EY’s global technology capabilities, alliances and ecosystem
- Shape account strategy together with Account and Nordic leadership
- Develop repeatable insurance technology offerings and go-to-market plays
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Nordic and global EY teams
Requirements
- Strong consulting background from a leading firm (Big4, Accenture, Capgemini or similar)
- Extensive experience within Insurance and Financial Services
- Proven ability to engage and influence technology executives at CIO / CTO level
- Experience with large-scale technology transformation programmes within Insurance
- Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated responsibility for originating and closing technology consulting opportunities
- Ability to operate in a Nordic, cross-border environment
