About the role
- Lead projects risk consulting services, formulate high-quality, insightful and sustainable solutions for clients.
- Be responsible for the final deliverables for clients
- Maintain client relationships and pursue potential opportunities
- Manage a working team and will report directly to senior managers and above.
- Conduct internal training sessions to improve capabilities for team members
- Conduct counselling session on professional development to assigned team members
- Keep abreast of professional development and regularly expand technical competence.
- Positive attitude and demonstrate willingness to learn
- Work constructively with team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Business, or related disciplines.
- At least one relevant professional qualification (e.g., CIA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc.).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in business process improvement, risk management, internal control, internal audit, accounting & finance, legal & regulatory compliance, or risk technologies.
- Provent track records and knowledge on Business Administration, Value chain, Business processes, Risk management, Internal Control, Internal Audit, Accounting and Finance, Legal and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, with full fluency in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical capability with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
