About the role

  • Act as EY’s trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and broader technology leadership
  • Drive technology sales, pipeline development and delivery across priority accounts
  • Position EY as a leading transformation partner across design, build and run
  • Connect client needs with EY’s full suite of technology capabilities, alliances and solutions
  • Increase EY’s share of client technology spend through scalable, repeatable offerings
  • Shape account strategy together with account leadership and Global Client Service Partners
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration across Nordic and global EY teams
  • Lead technology engagement across major Nordic banking clients
  • Strengthen EY’s positioning with the largest Nordic banking clients
  • Support preferred supplier positioning and large‑scale transformation programmes

Requirements

  • Strong consulting background from a leading firm (Big4, Accenture, Capgemini or similar)
  • Deep experience within Banking and Financial Services
  • Proven ability to engage and influence technology executives at CIO / CTO level
  • Experience leading large‑scale technology transformation programmes
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of building pipeline and closing deals
  • Ability to operate in a Nordic, cross‑border environment
  • Experience building pipeline and driving complex technology engagements
  • Experience scaling consulting offerings and teams
  • Experience working within preferred supplier or strategic vendor frameworks
