About the role

  • Lead SPA engagements, advising clients on financial and operational analyses of companies for sale
  • Manage project teams and collaborate across EY departments
  • Ensure clear and market leading advice is provided to clients
  • Plan and review deliverables, identify opportunities for additional services
  • Foster a positive learning culture by coaching junior team members
  • Contribute to team initiatives such as account management and recruitment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/accounting or related fields
  • 10-12 years of experience in SPA advisory/Financial Due Diligence/Transaction Support advisory
  • Chartered Accountancy, CFA, or similar professional qualification
  • Ability to analyze financial and non-financial information to formulate views and conclusions
  • Ideally, Transactions/auditing/M&A experience
  • Client facing experience from a professional services or similar environment
