About the role

  • Oversee and deliver end‑to‑end data migration activities across SAP transformation programmes
  • Take responsibility for the end to end SAP data migration, from strategy to execution
  • Support business development activities and our broader go-to-market
  • Define and manage the data workstream plan and resourcing
  • Provide quality assurance over technical activities involving the use of ETL tools
  • Support broader activities of profiling, cleansing, and validation
  • Communicate risks, issues, and progress to senior stakeholders
  • Support testing cycles and cutover with accurate data loads

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years in SAP programmes
  • Proven experience acting in a leadership role at least two major SAP data migration implementations including migration to S/4HANA
  • Strong understanding of the technical migration process and related tooling (e.g. SAP Data Services, Migrate Your Data, other)
  • Strong understanding of the SAP data model and associated master and transactional data
  • Proven track record leading data migration teams and delivering within complex programmes
  • SAP Master Data Governance implementation experience (advantageous)
  • Hands-on experience with ABAP and SAP Data Services (advantageous)
  • Finance and Accounting knowledge (advantageous)
