About the role
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including probation reviews and performance management
- Work with counselors and HR stakeholders to address employee relations matters
- Coordinate and implement operational processes
- Support local HR operations including liaising with external authorities
- Contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives and collaborate with Talent teams
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HR operations
- Exposure to HR operations at a MENA or international level
- Experience with shared services and handling large-scale projects
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong operational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
