About the role

  • Build a broad network by being the conduit between all internal enablement teams and our client facing teams.
  • Partner with leadership to analyse trends and support performance outcomes.
  • Work closely with team members to understand their development needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support change initiatives, including the rollout of new tools, reporting and systems.
  • Identify emerging skills needs to support future capability.
  • Manage staff capacity to minimise downtime and optimise utilisation.
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive and balanced team culture, with a focus on wellbeing, diversity and equity.

Requirements

  • Ability to build strong relationships with your team; ensuring you understand their needs and interests.
  • Identify challenges and deliver multiple solutions for a win/win scenario for all stakeholders.
  • Complex problem solver (often this role requires multiple solutions before finalisation)
  • Ability to work autonomously but connect into the team on a regular basis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using a variety of tools
  • Preferred experience in resource management, project management, recruitment, talent development, and/or supply & demand management
