About the role
- Build a broad network by being the conduit between all internal enablement teams and our client facing teams.
- Partner with leadership to analyse trends and support performance outcomes.
- Work closely with team members to understand their development needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Support change initiatives, including the rollout of new tools, reporting and systems.
- Identify emerging skills needs to support future capability.
- Manage staff capacity to minimise downtime and optimise utilisation.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive and balanced team culture, with a focus on wellbeing, diversity and equity.
Requirements
- Ability to build strong relationships with your team; ensuring you understand their needs and interests.
- Identify challenges and deliver multiple solutions for a win/win scenario for all stakeholders.
- Complex problem solver (often this role requires multiple solutions before finalisation)
- Ability to work autonomously but connect into the team on a regular basis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using a variety of tools
- Preferred experience in resource management, project management, recruitment, talent development, and/or supply & demand management
