- Serve as a trusted advisor to Americas Assurance Vice Chair
- Develop and execute integrated communications and engagement strategy
- Lead the external communications team and oversee PR and social media
- Collaborate across service lines and global communications teams
- Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing communications team
- Monitor, measure, and report on effectiveness of communications strategies
Requirements
- Extensive experience (minimum 15+ years) leading communications within a professional services environment
- Proven track record advising senior executives on strategic communications
- Exceptional judgment and integrity in handling confidential information
- Strong leadership in building and empowering high-performing communications teams
- Mastery of written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Expertise in developing integrated, technology-enabled communications strategies
