About the role

  • Create an environment that empowers employees to engage in experiences that enhance their professional lives and career trajectories.
  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to build and manage key relationships across accounts/sectors/talent pools.
  • Evaluate current and future resource needs, and develop timely plans, challenging past resourcing models as needed.
  • Allocate and manage people bench across open roles with the right skills and expertise.
  • Provide timely and accurate insights into long term resource requirements based on recent and forecast trends.
  • Drive behaviour change using data insights, and foster agile and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure a reliable and accurate business forecast as input into key business decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within operations management, workforce planning or resource management.
  • Ability to provide strategic insights and manage expectations in pursuit of increasing utilisation and employee engagement.
  • Exceptional client service with a strong desire to build exceptional, high-performing teams for our business.
  • Ability to understand the business, learn the unique skills, needs and goals of our people.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy and the ability to analyse data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Stakeholder engagement across multiple levels in the business.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and identify and support the implementation of solutions, which create efficiencies and enable better ways of working with relation to resourcing needs.
