Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, Computational Finance, or a related field
  • 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience
  • Alternatively, Master’s degree with 3 years of related work experience
  • 3 years of experience at national valuation firm, accounting firm’s valuation practice, investment banking, private equity/venture capital, or commercial banking
  • 3 years of experience in valuing complex securities
  • 3 years of experience working within a given budget and schedule
  • 3 years of recent experience in financial engineering or statistical software packages (e.g. Matlab, Stata, Bloomberg, or MS Excel/VBA)
  • 3 years recent experience in Word and PowerPoint
