About the role

  • Work with clients to identify business challenges and design scalable Oracle Cloud solutions aligned with their transformation goals.
  • Lead delivery of Oracle HCM or Finance workstreams, ensuring high‑quality execution across all phases of the implementation lifecycle.
  • Manage engagement deliverables including project plans, functional designs, testing strategies, and status reporting.
  • Drive PMO‑related activities such as steering committee updates, milestone tracking, and risk/issue management.
  • Manage project financials including budget tracking, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Lead process reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the practice.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, helping build capability within the Oracle practice.
  • Support pre‑sales activities including PoCs, client workshops, solution design, and proposal development.
  • Ensure adherence to implementation methodologies, governance frameworks, and development lifecycle processes.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of professional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle Finance Cloud (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), with at least 4–5 years in a consulting or transformational delivery role.
  • Strong experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud modules relevant to HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence, ORC) or Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Sub‑ledger Accounting).
  • Demonstrated experience leading at least two full‑cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations as a workstream or module lead.
  • Strong understanding of cross‑module integrations across HCM, Finance, SCM, Payroll, and EPM Cloud.
  • Ability to manage end‑to‑end delivery including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and post‑go‑live support.
  • Experience working in Big 4 or similar consulting environments is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Ability to manage and supervise global, multi‑disciplinary teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to support business development activities, including proposals, client demos, and solutioning.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English ideally.
  • Professional certifications in Oracle Cloud (HCM or Finance) and PMP/Agile certifications are an advantage.
