About the role
- Support clients to transform their business through product management
- Work with multi-discipline feature teams including user experience experts, architects, engineers, data scientists
- Define and roll out products and services powered by AI/Agents
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle
- Manage a product backlog and coordinate the team to release quality products within planned timelines
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to deliver AI features
- Shape UX for AI: design intuitive, explainable interfaces
- Communicate clearly across stakeholders and deliver outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a related field
- 3 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience or a Master’s degree with 2 years of experience
- Proven delivery skills including the ability to identify issues and risks and escalate appropriately
- Experience facilitating discussions with technical, design and business subject-matter resources
- Data literacy and analytics experience, including designing experiments (A/B tests)
- Experience with Responsible AI practices
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Requires domestic and regional travel up to 80%
