About the role

  • Support clients to transform their business through product management
  • Work with multi-discipline feature teams including user experience experts, architects, engineers, data scientists
  • Define and roll out products and services powered by AI/Agents
  • Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Manage a product backlog and coordinate the team to release quality products within planned timelines
  • Partner with engineering and data science teams to deliver AI features
  • Shape UX for AI: design intuitive, explainable interfaces
  • Communicate clearly across stakeholders and deliver outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a related field
  • 3 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience or a Master’s degree with 2 years of experience
  • Proven delivery skills including the ability to identify issues and risks and escalate appropriately
  • Experience facilitating discussions with technical, design and business subject-matter resources
  • Data literacy and analytics experience, including designing experiments (A/B tests)
  • Experience with Responsible AI practices
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Requires domestic and regional travel up to 80%
