About the role

  • Leading the Alliance sales activity by delivering against defined sales and pipeline targets
  • Building relationships with top priority clients for joint alliance pursuits
  • Driving sales directly in the market
  • Subject matter expert on the alliance program, MSFT powered transformations and solutions
  • Building deep relationships with the alliance partner field
  • Advocating and evangelizing EY and being the face of MSFT within EY to sector and account teams
  • Helping to expand the EY MSFT Alliance in the US
  • Actively engaging with MSFT, client(s) and EY account and industry leadership

Requirements

  • 12 to 15+ years of quota carrying sales experience in professional services, solutions, and technology
  • Direct and MSFT channel sales experience
  • Experience selling to State and Local government entities
  • Services sales experience working at Big 4 firm or other GSI
  • Knowledge and expertise across top Microsoft technologies including Azur/cloud, Data & AI, cyber and Power Platforms
  • Expert client management and relationship skills
  • Strong executive presence, and expertise in influencing without authority
  • Expert knowledge of EY’s Alliances, products and services
  • Solid understanding of the marketplace/industry
  • Strong ability to manage and resolve conflict
  • A University/bachelor’s degree.
  • Ideally, Technical IT background and/or delivery management leadership experience
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Team selling experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
