About the role
- Coordinate and facilitate HR activities for a defined population within the firm
- Partner closely with other Talent team members to execute innovative HR programs aligned to our Talent strategy
- Implement key processes related to performance management, compensation, and career development
- Address and resolve requests, concerns, and inquiries from employees
- Work with Strategic Talent Consultants to understand business talent agendas
- Handle and resolve employee relations issues that are less complex or occur at junior levels
- Collect and analyze data related to staffing, budgets, and compensation to identify trends
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of relevant HR or Talent-related experience
- SHRM certification (or equivalent) ideally
- Experience working in a professional services environment or complex matrix organization
- Proven ability to manage a diverse and fast-moving portfolio of projects
- Strong working knowledge of HR laws, policies, and standard practices
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence leaders and support adoption of new programs and change initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
