💰 $70,400 - $131,600 per year

About the role

  • Coordinate and facilitate HR activities for a defined population within the firm
  • Partner closely with other Talent team members to execute innovative HR programs aligned to our Talent strategy
  • Implement key processes related to performance management, compensation, and career development
  • Address and resolve requests, concerns, and inquiries from employees
  • Work with Strategic Talent Consultants to understand business talent agendas
  • Handle and resolve employee relations issues that are less complex or occur at junior levels
  • Collect and analyze data related to staffing, budgets, and compensation to identify trends

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of relevant HR or Talent-related experience
  • SHRM certification (or equivalent) ideally
  • Experience working in a professional services environment or complex matrix organization
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse and fast-moving portfolio of projects
  • Strong working knowledge of HR laws, policies, and standard practices
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence leaders and support adoption of new programs and change initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
