About the role
- Support the development and periodic review of Finance IT policies, SOPs, and compliance registers.
- Maintain a central repository for Finance IT governance artefacts, including approvals, risk logs, and control assessments.
- Maintain and update the Finance IT Risk Register with defined mitigation and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with internal, external, and Group IT auditors for timely completion and closure of observations.
- Review compliance status of key Finance IT processes and report deviations with action plans.
- Monitor compliance with RBI outsourcing, data localisation, and information security obligations under client team guidance.
- Support third-party risk management, including audit readiness and documentation maintenance.
- Review access management, incident logs, and control self-assessment outcomes for completeness and closure.
- Assist in developing governance scorecards and dashboards highlighting control metrics, audit findings, vendor performance, and compliance trends.
- Identify opportunities for process standardisation, documentation improvement, and increased risk awareness.
