About the role
- Support and maintenance of all technology within EY conference rooms
- Troubleshoot PC, MAC, application, AV, and network connectivity issues
- Provide remote hands support while guided by our network operations team
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues
Requirements
- 2+ years of on-site technical support experience, or degree in related discipline
- Support and maintenance of all technology within EY conference rooms
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues for Crestron devices
- Troubleshoot video issues, including display problems and resolution settings
- Ability to reset or reconfigure devices when necessary
