About the role
- Take ownership and oversight of key client accounts, building trusted relationships through client visits
- Serve as a key touchpoint for Audit leadership, PPD, and COO teams on complex, high-visibility engagements
- Support and coach Data Delivery Managers through regular check-ins, reviews, KPI setting, and performance cycles
- Elevate team capability through smart prioritization, stand-ups, onboarding, and thoughtful workload planning
- Manage delivery lists, optimize weekly planning, and ensure deadlines are achieved smoothly and efficiently
- Champion operational excellence across Helix reviews, process improvements, communications, budget alignment, and cost-saving initiatives
- Deep-dive into complex data challenges with analysts, clients, and audit teams to create meaningful, reliable data solutions
- Produce value reports for top clients and help embed digital insights into audit committee documentation
- Collaborate with the GTM team to bring the EY Assurance digital offering to life
Requirements
- A qualified CA with at least 4 years post-articles experience
- Strong grounding in audit and data
- Collaborative, curious, and passionate about improving audit quality with digital solutions
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proactive problem-solver who can navigate complexity with composure
- Natural project manager who can balance operational detail with big-picture thinking
- Creative, analytical thinker who loves turning challenges into opportunities
