About the role
- Provide personalized responses to employees regarding Talent group processes
- Conduct employee consultations, offering advice and guidance
- Participate in various aspects of the offboarding process
- Collaborate with the Talent Operations team and various stakeholders
- Manage cases as the first point of contact
- Collect and organize data from multiple sources
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or certificate in Human Resources (or a related field)
- At least three years of experience with HR programs and processes
- Experience with GHRS systems that support HR processes across the employee lifecycle (SuccessFactors is an asset)
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn new technologies and techniques quickly and effectively
- Experience with ServiceNow is an asset
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Fluency in French and English is an asset
