About the role
- Own & execute a variety of global processes related to compliance monitoring of engagements across Service Lines on Legal & Regulatory requirements & EY Policy requirements
- Conduct compliance testing across Service Lines
- Provide feedback & ratings to the PPEDs based on outcome of reviews
- Conduct research and analysis to identify any potential non-compliance with policy/guidance or any potential regulatory breaches
- Ensure timely transmittal of review outcome to the PPEDs
- Deliver on core KPIs using analytical and project management methodologies
- Bring in process efficiencies and ideas for improvement
Requirements
- Post-graduate or equivalent degree from a reputed college
- At least 1-2 years of experience in: Research/Compliance processes, Data analysis and reporting
- Strong logical reasoning skills
- Experience of working in a fast-moving, client-driven environment
- Knowledge on difference between risk management attributes
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to independently solve problems with data
- Experience in MS office suites like Microsoft 365, MS excel, PowerPoint
