About the role

  • Own & execute a variety of global processes related to compliance monitoring of engagements across Service Lines on Legal & Regulatory requirements & EY Policy requirements
  • Conduct compliance testing across Service Lines
  • Provide feedback & ratings to the PPEDs based on outcome of reviews
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify any potential non-compliance with policy/guidance or any potential regulatory breaches
  • Ensure timely transmittal of review outcome to the PPEDs
  • Deliver on core KPIs using analytical and project management methodologies
  • Bring in process efficiencies and ideas for improvement

Requirements

  • Post-graduate or equivalent degree from a reputed college
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in: Research/Compliance processes, Data analysis and reporting
  • Strong logical reasoning skills
  • Experience of working in a fast-moving, client-driven environment
  • Knowledge on difference between risk management attributes
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to independently solve problems with data
  • Experience in MS office suites like Microsoft 365, MS excel, PowerPoint
