About the role
- Lead data-driven transformation initiatives that optimize revenue processes across marketing, sales, and customer success functions.
- Focus on enhancing operational efficiency, improving forecast accuracy, strengthening commercial alignment, and embedding analytics into go-to-market decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and manage complex multi-workstream engagements.
- Contribute to the growth of the practice through thought leadership and capability development.
Requirements
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Analytics, or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience with 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, commercial analytics, or related consulting roles.
- Experience delivering large-scale commercial or RevOps transformation programs in
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics).
- Familiarity with RevOps tools (e.g., Clari, LeanData, Outreach, Gong).
- Experience in workflow design, process optimization, and systems integration.
- Strong understanding of advanced forecasting models, pipeline analytics, attribution, and revenue metrics.
- Familiarity with integrating RevOps systems with marketing automation, CPQ, ERP, and customer success platforms.
- Experience building operating models, governance structures, and performance frameworks for GTM teams.
