About the role

  • A true strategic and operational pillar, you will act as Chief of Staff for the PMO team responsible for key accounts, with overall responsibility for project governance, the performance of onshore and offshore PMO teams, client satisfaction and portfolio development.
  • Reporting to the Partners of PAS TAX, you will play a key role in structuring, transforming and steering the PMO activity for international key accounts.
  • Ensure strategic oversight and overall governance of international mobility programs for a portfolio of key accounts.
  • Lead and develop an onshore PMO team and coordinate an offshore PMO team within a globalized model.
  • Operationally manage and drive the performance of international mobility projects (planning, budget, quality, risks, KPIs).
  • Ensure the commercial development of the key-account client portfolio.
  • Provide advisory services, lead transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Manage an international mobility program for a major French client.

Requirements

  • Hold a higher education degree from an engineering or business school (Grande École, Master’s degree).
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a consulting firm or international environment, with substantial exposure to project management, PMO, transformation and team leadership.
  • A good understanding of international mobility issues is an advantage (tax, immigration, social security) and you are comfortable working in international, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex, multi-country programs with a strong interest in business development and client relationship management in complex, matrixed international settings.
  • Significant experience leading onshore/offshore teams with strong leadership, management and team-structuring capabilities, and managing relationships with key accounts.
  • Ability to work effectively with a large number of senior cross-functional stakeholders to build a vision, set priorities and mobilize diverse participants, communicating clearly and impactfully to both top management and operational teams.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and digital environments.
  • Full professional command of English, both written and spoken.
