About the role
- Plan and perform audit procedures in accordance with U.S. GAAS
- Provide audit services demonstrating value in the audit process
- Apply knowledge of SEC rules and regulations
- Analyze and verify financial statements and other records
- Provide accounting insights to clients
- Manage and motivate teams of professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field
- 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate financial accounting/audit work experience
- Alternatively, a Master’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field and 4 years of financial accounting/audit work experience
- 2 years of experience supervising audits of internal controls over financial reporting
- 2 years of experience supervising audits of financial statements
- 2 years of audit experience including SOX (ICFR), with a public accounting firm
- Active US CPA certification or foreign certificate in accountancy
