About the role

  • Serve as a Strategy & Operations professional to prepare and execute mergers and acquisition plans
  • Understand factors that drive successful mergers and acquisitions
  • Provide operational support across the transaction lifecycle including due diligence and integration
  • Enhance value, accelerate implementation, manage operational transaction risk
  • Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills
  • Consistently deliver quality client services and monitor progress
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and networks
  • Cultivate business development opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, the Sciences, Economics, Law, or related field and 5 years of progressive work experience
  • Master's degree in related field and 3 years of work experience
  • 3 years of experience in assessing technology, finance, operations, manufacturing, or supply chain infrastructure
  • 2 years in business integrations, divestitures, or carve-outs including quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • 2 years managing cross-functional workstreams for integration or separation
  • 2 years in consulting or professional services firm in mergers and acquisitions
  • 2 years synthesizing approaches in complex integration or divestiture conflicts
  • 2 years in project management, including managing, developing and coaching professional employees
  • 2 years developing client leadership level materials for integration or separation
  • 1 year supporting business development, including C-suite level proposal materials
  • 1 year managing engagements and ability to apply it to business development
  • Domestic and international travel up to 80%
