About the role

  • Create, test, develop and support automated processes using Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Create interactive Power BI reports and dashboards and conduct data analysis.
  • Analyze requirements and define simple technical/functional tasks to be transposed in Automation scripts.
  • Join the project SCRUM ceremonies and report status of all work tasks.
  • Contribute to the documentation of all technical related deliverables required in the project delivery and hand-over activities.
  • Ensure that incidents are handled in a timely manner to meet defined SLAs (service level agreements).
  • Estimate and report the actual time spent on support activities.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent work experience in IT.
  • Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Strong team player with an enthusiastic, can-do approach.
