About the role

  • As part of our Financial Restructuring team at the Hamburg, Frankfurt am Main, Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin and Düsseldorf offices, you will support companies during particularly challenging phases — whether transformation, restructuring or an acute crisis.
  • In complex transaction contexts you will develop tailored solutions together with the team and support the implementation of fast and effective measures.
  • You will lead restructuring projects across various industries and provide your expertise and support to the team and clients.
  • You will identify improvement levers within financial and operational restructuring projects, support our clients with implementation and prepare and facilitate workshops, meetings and presentations.
  • In project work you will structure work packages for the team and review deliverables to ensure their high quality for our clients.
  • You will lead your team and ensure the personal development of individual team members.
  • You will also actively support internal activities such as pitch presentations, market outreach and other initiatives.

Requirements

  • You hold an above-average master’s degree in economics, industrial engineering or law with a focus on commercial or insolvency law.
  • You have at least four years of professional experience in consulting or project work in the area of restructuring and strategy consulting.
  • You handle difficult situations responsibly, present confidently to clients and communicate fluently in German (minimum C1 level) and English.
