About the role

  • Support for OpTax transformation projects (processes, controls, tools, governance, sourcing model).
  • Improve operational efficiency (industrialization, automation, reduction of operational risks).
  • Diagnose and optimize regulatory compliance arrangements in operational tax (FASTER, QI, QDD, FATCA/CRS, DAC6, DAC8, IFU, TTF…).
  • Define scope and support migration of operational and IT processes to our shared service centers.
  • Support implementation or upgrades of operational tax tools.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and contribute to the development of operational tax-related service offerings.
  • Prepare client presentations and support or facilitate seminars and briefings on operational tax.
  • Team management and supervision of consultants (for manager roles).

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of transformation management methodologies in the financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with one or more operational tax topics (QI, FATCA/CRS, DAC regimes, FASTER, TTF, withholding tax, or others).
  • Experience: 1–3 years (Consultant), 3–6 years (Senior Consultant), 6–10 years (Manager).
  • Ideally familiar with market-standard tools used in operational tax.
  • Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, and a strong client-service orientation.
