About the role
- Collaborating with clients to gather and analyze requirements
- Designing and developing solutions that are functional and enhance the user experience
- Creating specifications that support business objectives
- Consistently delivering quality client services by monitoring progress, managing risk, and ensuring key stakeholders remain informed about status and expected outcomes
- Collaborating with, managing, and mentoring offshore resources
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
- Typically, no less than 2-4 years of relevant consulting experience
- Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors system
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in Performance & Goal Management, Succession, Career Development
- Experience with at least two (2) full cycle implementations of Talent Management, and one (1) implementation of Talent Intelligence Hub
- A strong understanding of end-to-end implementation phases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues
