About the role

  • Design, build, and maintain custom applications and integrations on the Salesforce platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in development and implementation
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
  • Drive innovation through the application of new technologies and approaches

Requirements

  • 4+ Years Experience
  • Salesforce development experience
  • Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
  • Required Skills: Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), Aura (legacy)
  • Declarative automation (Flows, PB—migration strategy to Flows)
  • API development/consumption; platform events; asynchronous Apex
  • Source-driven development, scratch orgs, packaging (SFDX)
  • Strong grasp of governor limits, transaction control, and bulkification
  • Preferred exposure: Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud data model, OmniStudio, MuleSoft, Heroku
  • Certifications: Salesforce App Builder, Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2, Salesforce Admin, Integration Architect
