About the role

  • Execute talent acquisition strategies through various sourcing techniques and be a subject matter expert and guide to the Service Line leaders.
  • Develop strategic sourcing solutions that will attract and acquire high quality candidates.
  • Manage the client relationship with various stakeholders, to understand their business goals and anticipate their talent needs.
  • Perform the full-life cycle recruitment process and ensure that this is carried out in accordance with global operating procedures and adhere to best practice principles.
  • Take the initiative to manage qualified candidates to engage them in current or future opportunities.
  • Ensure a strong positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring life cycle.
  • Participate in recruitment events and career fairs.

Requirements

  • A degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related discipline.
  • Ability to build pipeline of candidates through various sourcing techniques which includes but is not limited to researching the market, interviewing candidates, obtaining leads and diversity recruiting.
  • Experience in high volume recruitment will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with using social media/networking site like LinkedIn and ATS tools.
