About the role
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of current business processes and systems
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for optimization and automation
- Design and implement target-state operating models that integrate automation and AI solutions
- Lead the development of robust business cases for proposed initiatives
- Create and maintain business architecture artifacts for decision-making
- Design a multi-year process transformation roadmap
- Partner with executive stakeholders to define transformation strategies
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders
- Collaborate with architects to ensure technology solutions align with business capabilities
- Mentor and guide junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- 12+ years of experience including minimum 6 years in business architecture, process improvement, or operational efficiency in Financial Services organizations
- Proven track record of leading transformation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling tools and methodologies
- Experience with change management principles and project management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
