About the role
- Attract top talent for all service lines across EY GDS (India), by creating innovative strategies to locate niche skills and talent
- Partner closely with Recruitment team to help build the sourcing strategies
- Manage candidate management and different ERP tools
- Contribute to the strategy for building competitor intelligence
- Identify and analyse the potential of new sourcing opportunities
Requirements
- Graduate or a post graduate qualification in HR or Diploma in Human Resources
- Freshers or 0-6 months of sourcing or recruitment knowledge or experience
- Must be well-versed with the various job portals and new age sourcing platforms like LinkedIn
- Should have good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills
- Knowledge and ability in developing of high-quality talent pipeline and utilizing market insights to influence sourcing plans
- Proficient in MS Excel
