About the role

  • Attract top talent for all service lines across EY GDS (India), by creating innovative strategies to locate niche skills and talent
  • Partner closely with Recruitment team to help build the sourcing strategies
  • Manage candidate management and different ERP tools
  • Contribute to the strategy for building competitor intelligence
  • Identify and analyse the potential of new sourcing opportunities

Requirements

  • Graduate or a post graduate qualification in HR or Diploma in Human Resources
  • Freshers or 0-6 months of sourcing or recruitment knowledge or experience
  • Must be well-versed with the various job portals and new age sourcing platforms like LinkedIn
  • Should have good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills
  • Knowledge and ability in developing of high-quality talent pipeline and utilizing market insights to influence sourcing plans
  • Proficient in MS Excel
