About the role
- Lead and manage the team for the IFMS engagements
- Ensure client satisfaction through collaborative leadership
- Manage strategic cost and margin expectations
- Manage a portfolio of IFMS accounts
- Ensure successful KPIs, SLAs and controls for delivery
- Manage issues and escalations across service delivery
- Identify opportunities for process optimization
- Participate in pursuits to describe delivery capabilities
- Report on service delivery performance to stakeholders
Requirements
- 10+ years of similar experience
- Bachelor’s degree with an MBA preferred
- CPA licensed approved
- Exceptional delivery leadership skills
- Deep understanding of delivery centers for global organizations
- Expertise in leveraging technology to enhance business outcomes
- Experience managing offshore resources
- Experience establishing & managing complex arrangements
- Experience managing & transforming businesses in complex organizations
- Experience designing & executing global delivery strategies
- Strong people leadership skills
- Executive presence and strong communication skills
- Shows versatility in culturally diverse environments
- Possession of a strong personal code of ethics
