Manage teams to provide Transaction Analytics, financial and accounting due diligence services in connection with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, and carve-outs
Help provide strategic counsel to corporate and private equity leaders
Provide clients with buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, as well as new analytics-driven solutions
Analyze large and complex datasets and build sophisticated transaction-driven analysis
Lead the team to present findings in a way that's easily understood by M&A and business professionals
Lead and direct teams of professionals providing constructive feedback/coaching
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks
Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services
Generate and manage new business opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field plus 8 years of experience
Alternatively, Master's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field plus 7 years of related work experience
4 years of experience working with mergers and acquisitions
4 years of experience analysing financial statements and key drivers of financial performance
4 years of experience leveraging accounting, or data analytics skills, of which 3 years must be in a mergers and acquisition-oriented environment
4 years of combined experience analysing data for financial due diligence and/or audit
4 years of experience working with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, or other software for data analysis intelligence and reporting functions
7 years of experience with one or a combination of the following: Data visualization (D3js, Tableau, PowerBI, Spotfire), Data Management (Hadoop, SQL, Alteryx), Analytics Platforms (SAS, Azure), Statistical Packages (SPSS, Minitab), or Programming languages (Python, R)
3 years of experience in leading a team of professionals, managing engagements, engagement-related budgets
Requires domestic travel up to 50%
