About the role

  • Perform Level 2/Level 3 administration tasks related to SharePoint Online and Project Online.
  • Manage administrative functions for Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • Set up and configure M365 tenants as per organisational requirements.
  • Independently handle administrative responsibilities and own related tasks.
  • Possess a strong understanding of SharePoint web parts and their configuration.
  • Knowledgeable in various authentication methods used within M365 environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and resolving SharePoint end-user or client-related issues.
  • In-depth understanding of SharePoint permissions, web parts, lists, views, and other site-level components.
  • Ability to assist customers in issue resolution and escalate to Microsoft support by creating service requests when necessary.
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
  • Good knowledge on M365 tools Licensing.

Requirements

  • Qualification Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
  • Experience IT Infrastructure Management (5+ years)
  • Ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
  • Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
  • Agile, curious, mindful, and able to sustain positive energy, while being adaptable and creative in their approach.
