About the role
- Support end-to-end execution of employer branding initiatives including internal engagement campaigns, external branding, awards, events, social media collaborations.
- Support planning and execution of campus branding initiatives.
- Work with creative teams to develop campus-specific branding collaterals.
- Support employee events and campaigns — communication, logistics, vendor support, and post-event follow-ups.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare project trackers, status reports, dashboards, and review presentations.
- Coordinate with Finance on purchase orders, invoice processing and closures.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for leadership and internal reviews.
- Coordinate with colleges and students to manage logistics and engagement activities.
- Support employer brand visibility on student platforms.
Requirements
- Graduate in HR, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Post-graduation/MBA is an added advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
- Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
- Agile, curious, mindful, and able to sustain positive energy, while being adaptable and creative in their approach.
