About the role
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research.
- Analyze and document existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the creation of functional specifications for digital products and contribute to Agile user stories.
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable development plans.
- Collaborate with product owners, software development engineers, testers and stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and help validate solutions against requirements.
- Gather and analyze feedback from users to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain documentation such as process flows, requirement traceability matrices, and user guides.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to product owners and project leads.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business informatics, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps and Confluence is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Basic understanding of Agile framework and Scrum methodologies is advantageous
- Good to have Experience with SQL for querying and analyzing structured data
- Proficiency with BPMN tools
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and collaboration between development and operations teams
- Understanding of design thinking and Agile digital product development
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
