About the role

  • Support design and implementation of talent development and organisation development initiatives aligned to firm-wide priorities.
  • Translate defined talent strategies and frameworks into well-structured programs, tools, and interventions.
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance career agility, internal mobility, role clarity, and employee experience.
  • Support end-to-end execution of talent programs, including planning, coordination, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Assist in developing toolkits, communication material, and enablement resources for leaders, counselors, and employees.
  • Support EVP activation through storytelling, employee touchpoints, and collaboration with communications teams.
  • Play an active role in change enablement by supporting rollout plans, adoption tracking.
  • Track program metrics, prepare insights, and support reporting for leadership reviews.

Requirements

  • MBA
  • 5–8 years of experience in Talent Development, Organisation Development, HR COE, or related roles, with a large multinational organisation.
