About the role
- Provide operation support for various administrative projects including but not limited – mailbox management, managing databases, creation and release of periodic reports, work MS-excel reporting, Content Management, web-based publication support, working on dashboard creations and data analysis
- Manage day-to-day administrative issues and communicating appropriately to the Team Lead or POC
- Review of experience Management activities (Demand trackers, bench Management, Tool updates) and Database Management
- Generate reports and dashboards (Availability and Variance reports etc)
- Mailbox Support and Maintenance and demonstrates attention to detail
- Conflict resolution and problem solving (e.g. resource allocation on multiple projects and soft blocking by competency leaders)
- Mentor and provide on the job training for new associates
- Effective resource scheduling, maintenance, and updates
Requirements
- Graduate in related discipline
- 0 to 4 years experience in a related domain
- Proficient in MS office package
- Intermediate level of expertise in data Visualization tools
- Experience in multiple systems and applications
- Experience working with clients from different countries (Desirable)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English language
- Strong presentational skills
