About the role

  • Leverage extensive BlackRock Aladdin expertise to design, implement and support investment management solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure workflows, manage integrations and ensure operational efficiency
  • Drive high-impact implementation projects across trading, compliance, portfolio management, and post-trade functions
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align Aladdin solutions with strategic vision
  • Oversee Aladdin platform configuration, compliance rule setup, workflows, and integration points
  • Lead a team of business analysts and provide mentorship and guidance
  • Stay current on Aladdin product enhancements and industry trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience
  • Degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related field; MBA or MS degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience working at a financial services company or as an advisor to a financial services company
  • Experience in Hedge Fund, Wealth/Asset Management company or as a Management Consultant
  • 6+ years of hands-on Aladdin experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading and supporting Aladdin implementations
  • Ability to manage and supervise a team of technology advisors through all phases of the technology life cycle
  • Strong communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
  • Deep knowledge of technical architecture design
  • Willingness to travel and hold a passport and valid drivers license
