About the role

  • Strategic and operational support on reorganization and transaction projects (Due Diligence, M&A, business transfers, etc.).
  • Statutory and social documentation: drafting and legally securing deliverables (Livre II, Livre IV, agreements, strategic briefs).
  • Multidimensional analysis: economic, social, HR and psychosocial risk (RPS) assessments.
  • Contributing to client strategy: market orientation, understanding business challenges and KPIs.
  • Participation in proposals: developing commercial proposals and differentiated value propositions.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (M2) in Labor/Social Law and/or Human Resources.
  • 3 years of legal and social expertise in HR consulting or within a corporate HR department (HR Directorate).
  • Strong understanding of economic and HR issues, with the ability to articulate business and social impacts.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in proposal development and client relationship management.
  • Market- and client-focused, with a strong sense of commitment and performance.
  • Ability to adapt to internal culture: resilience and a KPI- and objectives-driven approach.
  • Analytical mindset and rigor, combined with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
