About the role

  • Develop mobile apps using React Native or Flutter with robust, clean, maintainable code
  • Use native iOS/Android knowledge to build bridges, custom modules, platform-specific features, and optimize performance
  • Integrate REST/JSON APIs, analytics, secure storage, push notifications, and platform services
  • Build modular, reusable UI components and contribute to shared libraries
  • Ensure performance optimization, debugging, crash analysis, and responsiveness across devices
  • Work with designers to deliver pixel-perfect UI and ensure accessibility compliance
  • Collaborate with backend, architects, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless delivery
  • Write unit tests and follow secure coding, dependency management, and CI/CD best practices

Requirements

  • 4 - 8 Years of experience as Cross-Platform Mobile Engineer
  • Strong hands-on experience in React Native or Flutter
  • Mandatory native development experience in either Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C)
  • Strong experience in REST APIs, JSON, async programming, state management, and performance tuning
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and app store/play store release processes
  • Understanding of secure coding, authentication flows (OAuth2.0/JWT)
  • Experience with TypeScript, modular architecture, deep linking, and offline capabilities
  • Exposure to mobile analytics, feature flags, A/B testing, and crash reporting
