Manage end-to-end technology project delivery, from initial planning to execution and closure
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure successful project delivery
Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and clients to communicate project updates, risks, and issues
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for project-related matters
Understand clients' business needs and objectives, and tailor project management methodologies to meet their requirements
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality, value-added services and solutions
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies, methodologies, and industry trends
Provide expert advice on SAP best practices, system architecture, and integration strategies
Oversee the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP solutions
Implement and enforce project management standards, methodologies, and quality assurance processes
Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with EY's quality standards
Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery

Requirements

Qualification in Project Management
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus
Registered with the Institute of Project Management
Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP project management and delivery, preferably within a consulting environment
Proven track record of involvement in large-scale technology projects, including full lifecycle implementations
Excellent project management skills, including proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results
