Requirements
- A completed degree in economics, finance, banking, accounting or a comparable field
- Initial practical experience, e.g. through internships or working-student positions in financial services, consulting or project management
- A good understanding of economic relationships, combined with an interest in digitalization, sustainability (ESG) and new technologies in the financial sector
- Analytical thinking, a structured working style and enjoyment in conveying complex topics clearly and concisely
- Team spirit, willingness to learn and a proactive mindset
- Very good German and English skills
