- Provide executive coaching to senior leaders and leadership teams
- Deliver exceptional coaching experiences
- Seek client feedback throughout coaching engagement

- Build and maintain relationships with Talent stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver coaching events/workshops if required
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant work experience
- 5+ years of experience coaching senior business executives/c-suite level
- ICF PCC credential and in-depth coaching education
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Experienced to work and coach virtually in a culturally diverse environment
- Group coaching experience
