About the role
- Manage tickets, resolving issues in the ServiceNow system;
- Perform system maintenance, implementing improvements and optimizations;
- Gather requirements from requesting departments and create/maintain the service catalog structure;
- Automate processes and workflows based on business needs;
- Conduct quality assurance testing;
- Prepare training materials for users and deliver platform-specific training sessions for deliverables;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote integration and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Systems Analysis and Development
- Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency
- Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
- Experience with programming and scripting languages such as Angular, JavaScript, and Java
- Experience with quality testing and preparing training materials is a plus.
