About the role

  • Perform annual financial statements audits under Lux GAAP and IFRS.
  • Lead, coordinate, and develop a team of Assistants, ensuring effective execution of audit engagements.
  • Build and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel and assess client satisfaction.
  • Apply deep understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts to real-world client scenarios.
  • Coordinate on-site fieldwork at client locations, liaising with other departments to ensure smooth audit delivery.
  • Translate audit strategy into effective procedures and deliver assurance services efficiently and effectively.
  • Use expertise in primary accounting frameworks and EY’s Global Audit Methodology to ensure compliance with auditing standards.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Audit, Accounting, or Controlling; professional certification (ACCA, CPA, etc.) is a plus.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Audit; Big 4 and insurance experience is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and Lux GAAP.
  • Experience in consolidation and financial reporting.
  • Fluent in English; German and/or French is a strong advantage.
  • Any additional language is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities.
