About the role
- Support the identification and implementation of improvements in critical processes, collaborating with teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Participate in the design and implementation of innovative business models and digital solutions, contributing ideas and analyses, as well as developing reports and executive presentations
- Provide technical analyses and market insights to support decision-making
- Assist in implementing governance practices and risk mitigation, ensuring all initiatives comply with the company’s internal policies
- Contribute to a work environment that values innovation, bringing new ideas and approaches to projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed)
- Experience in the financial services sector and business consulting
- Structuring and implementing operating models (process design, governance, KPI framework, definition of organizational structure, roles and responsibilities)
- Market analysis, definition of business models, business cases and business plans, strategic positioning and opportunity assessment, operational model design, scenario analysis and forecasting
- Advanced English and intermediate Spanish
- Advanced Office suite skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
