About the role
- Analyse financial and non-financial impact of central and state labour laws and labour codes for clients
- Research on case laws and circulars to find solutions to practical challenges faced by clients under central and state labour laws
- Prepare reports for clients to cover recommendations on various aspects covered under central and state labour laws / labour codes
- Prepare / update employee handbooks, policies and process documents for clients
- Audit compliance status for clients from HR and payroll perspective
- Review third party contractor compliance
- Make presentations to clients and participate in brainstorming sessions with clients
Requirements
- Qualification BA LLB / LLM / CA / CS
- Technical knowledge and practical experience on central and state labour laws
- Good research skills – ability to frame point of view on various aspects of labour laws basis analysis of judicial precedents
- Good communication skills – ability to prepare and deliver presentations / reports to clients
- Consulting mindset – ability to understand client’s challenges and find business solutions
