About the role

  • Analyse financial and non-financial impact of central and state labour laws and labour codes for clients
  • Research on case laws and circulars to find solutions to practical challenges faced by clients under central and state labour laws
  • Prepare reports for clients to cover recommendations on various aspects covered under central and state labour laws / labour codes
  • Prepare / update employee handbooks, policies and process documents for clients
  • Audit compliance status for clients from HR and payroll perspective
  • Review third party contractor compliance
  • Make presentations to clients and participate in brainstorming sessions with clients

Requirements

  • Qualification BA LLB / LLM / CA / CS
  • Technical knowledge and practical experience on central and state labour laws
  • Good research skills – ability to frame point of view on various aspects of labour laws basis analysis of judicial precedents
  • Good communication skills – ability to prepare and deliver presentations / reports to clients
  • Consulting mindset – ability to understand client’s challenges and find business solutions
